CAMP 365 Betalingsservice

Computer Camp has developed a simple add-on payment service solution to keep operational costs at a minimum. The solution covers invoicing via Betalingsservice, receiving payments, and managing active payment agreements. It handles both Basic and Total solutions with Betalingsservice.

Key Features:

• File Exchange: Supports 601 (invoices), 602 (payments), and 603 (active agreements) files via portal or SFTP.
• Setup: Only one active agreement at a time, numeric series up to 9 characters.
• Functionality:

1. 601 Delivery Log: Shows previous deliveries and allows for (re)creation of 601 payment files.

2. Member Card: New 'BS agreement' field for active payment agreements.

3. Invoice List and Card: New fact boxes with Betalingsservice details.

4. File Creation: Generates 601 files for payment collection.

5. Payment Import: Imports 602 files and updates transaction status.

6. Agreement Import: Imports 603 files with active agreements.
